リズム天国みたいなノリのゲームが出ると聞いて飛びついた
When I heard there was going to be a game with a Rhythm Tengoku-like vibe, I didn't hesitate to play it.
Question : What is the origin of the player's name?
■プレイヤー名の由来は何ですか？
・ゑくすについて
2009年、太鼓の達人に収録されたばかりの「X-DAY2000」を得意曲としていて、当時の知り合いから命名された。
(それまでは本名由来の名前を使っていた)
その後「えくす」だと被りそうだから「ゑくす」に変化。
・WEX2157(ツ)について
ゑくすを単純にローマ字にしたもので、オンラインゲームのプレイヤーIDとしてよく使っている。
なんか海外勢っぽいからという理由で「(ツ)」を追加してみた。(ドヤ顔の顔文字)
- About"ゑくす(WEX)"
Around 2009, I was good at playing "X-DAY2000," which had just been included in Taiko no Tatsujin (a Japanese arcade music game). It was named after me by an acquaintance at the time.
(Until then, he used the name derived from his real name.)
Then it changed to "えくす" because "ゑくす" would be covered.

The romanization of "ゑくす(WEX)" as it is. I often use it as a player ID for online games.
I added "(ツ)" because it seems to be a foreigner if only WEX is used. (Emoticons for smug faces)

■Headbangers:Rhythm Royaleの思い出を教えてください。
人口が少ないからかスナイプ文化があり、Youtube等で配信している人がいると見覚えのあるメンバーが必ず勢ぞろいしていること

Question : Are there times when you think you lost because of low PC specs?
■正直、PCスペックで負けたと思う時はありますか？
1割くらいはありますね(笑)
しかし、ほとんどが正常動作しているので自身の実力不足です・・・

Question : The fact is that the total playing time is less than that of other MPC participants. What do you think are the factors that allow you to achieve high performance in the game even with less playing time?
■実は、総プレイ時間が他のMPC参加者と比べても少ないという事実があります。少ないプレイ時間でも高いパフォーマンスを発揮できる要因は何だと思いますか？
弐寺で培われた地力が一番大きいと思いますが、音ゲーはAC・アプリとも一通り触っており、それによって適応力が上がったと思ってます。
I think the most important thing is the groundwork I have developed at beatmania IIDX(Japanese arcade music games), but I have also played a whole range of music games, both arcade and apps, and I think that has improved my adaptability.
Question : You are well known for The Space Race and That '70s Race, what do you think is the secret to pushing the envelope?
■ゑくすさんといえば、The Space Race や That '70s Race の早入りの速さに定評がありますがギリギリを攻めるコツは何だと思いますか？
案外、感覚に頼ってます。
他音ゲーで速すぎて追いつかないフレーズを捌くために早入り→遅抜けを研究したりなどの経験が活きているのかな・・・と。
I rely on my senses more than you think.
I think the experience of studying early entry to late exit in order to handle phrases that are too fast to catch up in other music games has been useful.
