■このゲームを始めたキッカケは何ですか？

テストプレイに参加している方の配信を見てこのゲームの存在を知りました。
「これは私が求めていたオンライン対戦版リズム天国…！！！」と衝撃を受けたことを覚えています。
発売後即購入、初回プレイで神ゲー認定余裕でした。
I found out about this game by watching a stream of people participating in the test play.
"This is the online competitive version of Rhythm Heaven I've been looking for...!!!" I remember how shocked I was.
I bought it immediately after its release and was convinced it was a god game after the first play.

■プレイヤー名の由来は何ですか？

「住田」は、地味で普遍的なハンドルネームが欲しくて設定したものです。
「PIGEONITY」に関してはいまだに何なのか理解できていませんが、語感がいいのでなんとなく名前の前につけました。
「PIGEONITY住田」、売れないピン芸人みたいでかなり気に入っています。
I chose "住田(Sumida)" as a sober and mundane handle. (Sumida is a common surname in Japan.)
I still don't understand what "PIGEONITY" is, but I put it in front of my name because it has a nice feel.
I quite like "PIGEONITY住田" because it looks like an unsuccessful pin-up comedian.

_{Question : What are your memories of Headbangers: Rhythm Royale?}
■Headbangers: Rhythm Royaleの思い出を教えてください。

一番の思い出はMPC S3での優勝ですが、それについては別に質問をもらっているので省略します。
最近だとMPC S6がかなり印象深いです。チーム戦というのが新鮮で、観戦するのもすごく楽しかったです。
担当させてもらったリハーサルも含め、過去最高に楽しい大会でした！
My fondest memory is winning MPC S3, but I have received separate questions about that, so I will skip that.
Among the more recent, MPC S6 is quite impressive.
The team competition system was fresh and the spectating was also very exciting.
It was the most enjoyable tournament ever, including its rehearsal I was assigned to!

_{Question : Do you have any tips for achieving high scores on Faster Than Sound?}
■Faster Than Sound で高いスコアを出すために心得はありますか？

私はお題だけ確認した後、目を瞑ってプレイしています。聴覚以外の感覚を閉じるイメージで。
I play FTS with my eyes shut after only checking the object. I imagine closing all senses except hearing.

■住田さんといえばThat '70s Raceの曲名を暗記していることで有名ですが、特にお気に入りの曲はありますか？

有名なんですか？
That '70s Raceの全曲のオマージュ元を調べるうち、気づいたら曲名を覚えてしまっていました。
特にお気に入りなのは"Pigeon Rhapsody"です。Queenの"Bohemian Rhapsody"のオマージュになっている曲です。
Am I famous for that?
As I looked up the source of homage for all the songs in "That '70s Race", I naturally learned the names of the songs.
I especially like "Pigeon Rhapsody". The song is a homage to Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody".

_{Question : You won the MPC S3 with S3 Master Pigeon, what do you think was the reason for your victory?}
■MPC S3ではS3 Master Pigeonと優勝を獲得しましたが、勝因は何だと思っていますか？

9割運です。
比較的得意なミニゲームが多かったこと、他プレイヤーの皆さんが普段しないようなミスを多発していたこと、最強格の方々の中で欠場された方がいたことなどなど、数多のラッキーがなければこの結果にはなっていなかったと思います。
とは言え、周りが本調子でない中、普段通りのパフォーマンスが出せた自分の胆力については、褒めてあげてもいいのかもしれません。
Ninety percent of the winning factor was luck.
I don't think this result would have been possible without numerous lucky breaks. For example...
・There were many mini-games that I am relatively good at.
・The other players were making a lot of mistakes that they don't usually make.
・One of the strongest players was absent. and so on!
That said, I may praise myself for my courage in being able to perform as usual while other players were not in their best form.
